	Private Cheese Tasting $100.00 Spend a minimum of 90 minutes with John establishing an intimate understanding with up to a dozen cheeses. And do it with the aid of two well made local wines. Tastings are scheduled by appointment only at 10am, 12 pm and 2 pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Special arrangements can be made for other days and times.	Date: Time:
